If a booking is cancelled less than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the tour departure date, then the clients subject to a cancellation fee as follows: 30 days prior to tour start date - Full refund 29 to 16 days prior to the tour start date - 50% refund 15 to 08 days prior to the tour start date - 25% refund Cancellation of tour 07 days prior to the tour start date - NO REFUND
